Managers are required to complete the Family Levy Refund Form to the Secretary, Samford Netball Club, when requested to allow refunds to be paid in a timely manner. Qualifications for a refund can be found under the
Registration Fees & Family Levy PolicyThis year sees the introduction of a new system for determining the end of season prize winners. A standard points system has been developed which is to be used by all teams. Points are to be awarded on a weekly basis, eliminating the end-of-season rush to decide who should receive which award. Information on the allocation of points is to be included in the team's weekly Team Report (See below). For more information on the points system, click here.
- All teams are required to submit a weekly Team Report using the online form
- The report must include information on any injuries that occur at training or at fixtures.
- The report must include a information on the use of any player from another division.
- Team reports must be submitted by the specified time to ensure inclusion in the weekly newsletters

The Downey Park Netball Association has strict rules in regard to uniforms. Players must be in correct uniform during all games. The compulsory components of the Samford Club uniform are:
- Black pleated sport skirt
- Club shirt (must be tucked in)
- Black sports briefs (no bike pants allowed)
- White Samford Netball Club socks (No plain socks)
- Sports shoes
- Visors are also recommended.

In certain weather conditions, games may be postponed or replayed on the dates set aside for wet weather games as outlined in the Downey Park Association Calendar. On wet weather days, information as to whether the games have been postponed will be available after 9.00 am on the Downey Park website (www.downeypark.netball.asn.au) or to obtain an SMS message, send NET QDOWPNA WET (all in upper case) to 19 787 787. You will receive an SMS reply (Cost is 55c per message)
