2010 Season Registration is available
You can now register for the 2010 Season:
1. Post this completed form:  download and send to PO Box 176, Samford, QLD 4520 or email to registrar@samfordnetball.org.au
2. Payment can be made via cash, cheque, money order or EFT (BSB 124 001, Account Number: 10477414, Account Name: Samford Netball Club.  Please use your surname as reference)

Registration Fees for Season 2010
$235 + $60 refundable family levy for 1 player
$470 + $60 refundable family levy for 2 players
$665 + $60 refundable family levy for 3 players
$840 + $60 refundable family levy for 4 players
* $60 Family Levy is refundable through participation in a range of volunteer roles including managing, scoring, coaching, canteen & BBQ duty and more
* Fees for 2010 have been increased by $15 per player as Downey Park Netball Association and Netball QLD both raised their fees.  The Samford Netball Club portion has not be increased.
* if you wish to pay by instalments, please contact Belinda Whitehead: email or 0400 385 617.  A $50 deposit is required for each child upon registration.  A minimum of $110 per child (can include the $50 deposit) is required by 1 March 2010, the balance is payable by 25 March 2010 (prior to Round #1).

Uniforms
Uniforms will be available at:
- Sign on day
- Grading; and
- Nippers pre-season fun day.
Cash, money order or cheque payment is required with your order and delivery will be made pre-season through the team manager.

Where does my registration fee go?
- Downey Park Netball Association's team registration which includes insurance and umpiring non-attendance fines, and fees to Netball Qld.
