Please note it is important you complete all details as
you will need to be covered by insurance which is payable by the Club. |

Blue Card Application:
just a reminder that all coaches and managers (or other
volunteers over the age of 18 and are working with children under the
age of 18 will require a Blue Card). It is free for
volunteers.

Beginners Coaches Course:
An online
Beginning Coaching General Principles Course is now available. In
2010 this will be a
prerequisite for completing a Level 1 Coaching Course. For further

Team Report
- All teams are required to submit a weekly
Team Report using the online form
- The report must include information on any
injuries that occur at training or at fixtures.
- The report must include information on
the use of any player from another division.
- Team reports must be submitted by the
specified time to ensure inclusion in the weekly newsletters
