Blue Card Application: just a reminder that all coaches and managers (or other volunteers over the age of 18 and are working with children under the age of 18 will require a Blue Card).   It is free for volunteers.

Wet Weather In certain weather conditions, games may be postponed or replayed on the dates set aside for wet weather games as outlined in the Downey Park Association Calendar. On wet weather days, information as to whether the games have been postponed will be available after 9.00 am on the Downey Park website (www.downeypark.netball.asn.au) or to obtain an SMS message, send  NET QDOWPNA WET (all in upper case) to 19 787 787. You will receive an SMS reply (Cost is 55c per message).

-  The Downey Park website will also SOMETIMES display wet weather information.  Look in the top left corner next to the logo, a white box indicating wet weather MAY be displayed

Team Report

- All teams are required to submit a weekly Team Report using the online form

- The report must include information on any injuries that occur at training or at fixtures.

- The report must include a information on the use of any player from another division.

- Team reports must be submitted by the specified time to ensure inclusion in the weekly newsletters

Family Levy Refund
Managers are required to complete the Family Levy Refund Form to the Treasurer (Belinda Whitehead), Samford Netball Club, when requested to allow refunds to be paid in a timely manner. Qualifications for a refund can be found under the Family Levy Policy.

Player Points
A standard points system has been developed which is to be used by all teams. Points are to be awarded on a weekly basis, eliminating the end-of-season rush to decide who should receive which award. Information on the allocation of points is to be included in the team's weekly Team Report. For more information on the points system, click here.

Uniforms
The Downey Park Netball Association has strict rules in regard to uniforms. Players must be in correct uniform during all games. The compulsory components of the Samford Club can be located here.
